Where can I view my sales receipt?

Upon completion of your online order, an email will be sent verifying your transaction details. 

Where is my tracking number?

Once we process your order and scan it for delivery, then you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. All orders processed before 4 pm are sent out the same day. 

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

How can I return an item?

We have a 100% customer satisfaction success ratio. Our product guarantee return policy lasts 30 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@d8valley.com containing the original items purchased. 

Where can I ship my order?

21 U.S. states have regulated, restricted, or banned Delta-8. Laws about Delta-8 and hemp-derived cannabinoid consumption continue to change daily. We will update our valid shipping states regularly.

 

At this time, we cannot ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, South Carolina, Utah & Vermont.
